What is the "perfect" diet?
What is the "perfect" excercise?
It seems that daily somebody is promoting their new book about the best diet or excercise plan and why it is the best for everybody.
Well, simply put - their is no one "perfect" diet or excercise routine for everybody. What I do as a health coach is to assist you in finding out what works best for you as an individual.
Health Coaching is not limited to food and exercise. We will have the opportunity to dive deep into many topics including home environment, social life, spirtuality, career, and more. We work together toward meeting your goals whatever they might be.
At the Institute of Integrative Nutrition we studied Primary and Secondary Foods. Secondary foods are on our plates, Primary foods are the nourisnmant that is not on that plate. We can have the most beautiful food on our plate, but if we are not nourised in other areas that beautiful food will only sustain us for so long.
